Must-Have Qualifications
- 2.5–4 years’ experience in sales, business development, and account management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with recruitment teams
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Experience in sales reporting and contract negotiation
