Ready for your next ICU challenge? Take your critical-care skills to Arizona for a 13-week night-shift assignment.

Join a high-acuity nursing team caring for complex patients, including those recovering from cardiac procedures and those experiencing respiratory failure, sepsis, DKA, AKI, and unstable arrhythmias.

Assignment Highlights

• Night shift: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM

• 12-hour shifts with call requirements

• 13-week contract starting November 2, 2026

• Critical-care ratios as low as 2:1

• Broad clinical exposure: ICU, cardiac, and complex medical cases

• No more than 3 days of time off may be requested during the contract

Your Responsibilities

• Manage ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, and high-flow oxygen therapy.

• Initiate and titrate vasopressors, sedatives, and other critical-care medications.

• Perform hemodynamic and telemetry monitoring and interpretation.

• Manage sepsis, central lines, arterial lines, and chest tubes.

• Administer blood products and support patients with complex, rapidly changing conditions.

• Float to Med-Surg, Telemetry, Step-Down, and Observation units as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, including critical-care experience

• Active RN license

• Strong experience with ventilator management, drips, and hemodynamic monitoring

• Current critical-care competencies and ability to manage high-acuity patients

• Availability for night shifts, call, and holiday coverage

• Flu vaccination required; no exceptions

• Permanent residence must be more than 100 miles from the facility
