Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Night Shift (ASAP)

Job Summary

Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting during night shifts. Responsible for monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, documenting care, and supporting CNA staff to ensure safe and high-quality resident care throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Active LPN License (CO or Compact License required)

• Minimum 1 year LPN experience preferred (LTC/SNF preferred)

• Experience in medication administration and resident care planning

• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (6p–6a)

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Ability to work independently during overnight hours

• CPR/BLS certification preferred
