Assignment Details:
- Tentative start date: August 3, 2026
- Estimated need: 12 weeks minimum
- Number of physicians in practice: 5 (Primary Care)
- Mid-levels providing coverage: 4
- Will NOT be responsible for supervising other healthcare providers
- Will NOT be expected to provide ED backup
- Number of exam rooms: 2–3
- EMR: EPIC
- Practice population: Adult/Geriatric
Required Procedures:
- General: Evaluation & Management of acute volume/BP issues
- Gynecology: Pelvic exam / Pap smear
- Occupational Medicine: Disability exams
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (must be board certified within 3 years of finishing) — required
- 1 year of Primary Care experience required
- Active DEA required
- Active MI license required
- Must be available full-time, Monday–Thursday
- Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation date required
- BLS required
- Must be local to MI (drive-in provider) — required
