As Creative Project Manager, Beauty, you’ll be the engine that keeps work moving—owning intake, timelines, resourcing coordination, and day-to-day delivery for the client's creative work. Reporting to the Director, Creative Project Management, you’ll partner with creatives, production, marketing, social, and e-commerce teams to ensure briefs are clear, schedules are realistic, and deliverables land on time and on brand. WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZATION


Intake, Briefing & Prioritization


  • Own creative intake for the client—gathering requirements, clarifying objectives, and ensuring briefs include channel, specs, and deliverable needs
  • Partner with stakeholders to prioritize work against timelines and business goals; facilitate escalation conversations when demand exceeds capacity
  • Translate requests into actionable project plans (scope, milestones, owners, dependencies), ensuring alignment before work begins
  • Maintain visibility into the work funnel and proactively flag gaps (missing assets, unclear feedback paths, shifting priorities)


Planning, Scheduling & Delivery Management


  • Build and manage project timelines from kickoff through final delivery for social/digital, paid media, e-commerce/PDP, retail, and campaign toolkits
  • Drive day-to-day execution: schedule meetings, run status updates, track action items, and ensure the right people are aligned at the right time
  • Manage scope, feedback, and approvals; maintain version control and ensure notes are consolidated, clear, and actionable for creative teams
  • Anticipate risks and dependencies (e.g., product readiness, photography, claims/legal review, retailer specs) and propose mitigation plans early


Resourcing, Traffic & Workflow Operations


  • Coordinate resourcing with the Creative Director and team leads—balancing workloads across designers, copy, art direction, production, and external partners as needed
  • Own traffic management: assign work, track capacity, and adjust plans to hit deadlines for the client
  • Coordinate with production and vendor partners (freelancers, studios, retouching, post, localization) on schedules, deliverables, and handoffs
  • Ensure deliverables are packaged and delivered correctly (specs, naming, exports, final file locations), supporting a smooth handoff to marketing/e-commerce teams


Process, Quality & Best Practices


  • Establish and reinforce clear workflows for briefing, reviews, approvals, and delivery—making it easy for stakeholders to engage and for creatives to execute
  • Maintain documentation and templates (briefs, timelines, status trackers, QA checklists) that reduce rework and increase consistency
  • Support quality by ensuring the right reviews happen at the right time (brand, claims/legal when applicable, retailer/spec checks) before final release
  • Track progress and share clear status reporting; surface themes and opportunities to improve cycle time, predictability, and stakeholder experience


Client & Cross-Functional Collaboration


  • Serve as the primary day-to-day project management partner for the client's creative work—supporting client stakeholders
  • Partner with marketing, social, e-commerce, product, legal, and sales teams to align expectations, clarify deliverables, and keep work moving through approvals
  • Facilitate clear communication and decision-making—ensuring feedback is consolidated, timelines are understood, and teams stay aligned through change


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE


  • 4 years of project management experience in a creative, marketing, or in-house studio environment (beauty, grooming, or consumer brands a plus)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams end-to-end: intake, scoping, timelines, resourcing coordination, feedback, approvals, and delivery
  • Strong working knowledge of digital and social-first creative production, including versioning and high-volume content workflows
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and retailer deliverables (PDP modules, specs, asset handoffs), and comfort coordinating cross-functional inputs
  • Exceptional organization and communication skills: able to run meetings, drive clarity, and keep stakeholders aligned under tight deadlines
  • Comfort with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Workfront, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet) and collaborative review/approval workflows
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail, follow-through, and a calm approach to ambiguity and change


And we’d love you to…Have experience supporting creative teams in a beauty/grooming (or similar consumer) environment—understanding the pace, seasonality, and high-volume asset needs across brands


  • Be comfortable coordinating digital/social-first and e-commerce workstreams (paid social toolkits, creator content, PDP updates, retailer requests), keeping timelines tight and stakeholders aligned


Any of the following would be a plus (Creative Project Management)


  • Experience in an in-house studio or agency traffic role supporting multi-brand portfolios; familiarity with creative ops best practices (SLA setting, capacity planning, intake governance)
  • Hands-on experience with DAM/asset management and retailer/e-commerce ecosystems (including Amazon), plus comfort coordinating print/retail production timelines when needed


Starting hourly between $95-$135
