Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles and specialized equipment to transport materials, or assets across designated routes and locations.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports related to vehicle usage, incidents, and operational activities, including detailed report writing.
- Enforce security protocols during transit, including access control and conflict management when interacting with personnel or the public.
- Assist in security-related duties such as monitoring surroundings, conducting patrols, and responding promptly to incidents or emergencies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, security teams, and law enforcement agencies as needed to coordinate activities or report incidents.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries professionally and ensuring a positive experience during transportation interactions.
Experience
- Proven experience operating commercial or specialized vehicles in a professional setting.
- Background in law enforcement or security is highly desirable, demonstrating familiarity with conflict management and safety procedures.
- Strong report writing skills with the ability to document incidents accurately and clearly.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor when interacting with clients or team members.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, traffic laws, and transportation best practices is essential.
