Part-Time Administrative Coordinator – TMS Practice (Flexible Hours)
We are a growing Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) practice seeking a thoughtful, detail-oriented administrative team member to help support patients through their treatment journey—especially on the insurance side of care.
This role is ideal for someone who is patient, persistent, and enjoys helping people navigate complex systems in a compassionate way.
What You’ll Do:
- Communicate with insurance companies to verify benefits and obtain authorizations for treatment
- Assist in coordinating patient scheduling and maintaining smooth office flow
- Serve as a supportive point of contact for patients with questions about coverage and next steps
- Help keep administrative processes organized and efficient
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and a calm, professional demeanor
- Patience and persistence—insurance navigation can take time
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable making phone calls and following up as needed
- Prior medical office or insurance experience is helpful but not required
