Lead Person (Salaried)

The Leadman position is a front-line leader that will assist the Operations Supervisor in the oversight of the operation with safety, Team Member management and environment being the highest priorities. As a Leadman you will be joining a well-established Team at a growing company.

Schedule: 12 hour shifts, 4 on 4 off, swing shifts

Leadman Responsibilities:

• • Must be able to work with and lead a team, give and take direction as well as create and follow work rules as well as, take on additional job responsibilities as needed or assigned
• • Must maintain regular, dependable attendance and a high level of performance
• • Ability to work outside majority of the time and withstand extreme weather conditions
• • Schedule flexibility required; ability to work days, nights, weekends when necessary
• • Perform all work in compliance with Company standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• • Working knowledge of TMS Safety and Operating principles
• • Follow written and verbal directions to complete assigned tasks on schedule.

Leadman Qualifications

• • Minimum 2 years supervisory/leadership experience preferred
• • Read, write, and communicate in English.
• • Learn from directions, observations, and mistakes and apply procedures using good judgment.
• • Proficient in the MS Office Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
• • High school diploma or equivalent required
• • Valid driver's license

Physical Requirements

• • Must be able to bend, stoop, lift up to 50 pounds alone, twist, climb, etc
• • Operate a skid steer, track mobile, lawn tractor, crane, RBT unloader, impact guns, air tools, man lift, telehandler, truck, wire cutters, power tools and hand tools.
• • Required to wear all Personal Protective Equipment including, but not limited to uniform, steel toed boots, eye protection, hard hat, gloves, life vest, radio, etc.
