We are a rapidly growing industrial supply company seeking a motivated, customer-focused Office & Indoor Sales Member to join our team. This role blends inside sales, customer service, and office support—making you an essential part of our daily operations and long-term success.
Responsibilities
Indoor Sales & Customer Support
- Assist customers in person, by phone, and via email with product inquiries, quotes, and order placement
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations and solutions based on customer needs
- Prepare and follow up on sales quotes, ensuring accuracy and timely communication
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service
- Support outside sales staff with order entry, product research, and customer updates
Order Processing & Inventory Coordination
- Enter customer orders and ensure accuracy from entry to fulfillment
- Coordinate with warehouse staff on product availability, order status, and delivery timelines
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or special-order needs
- Assist with sourcing products when needed and verifying supplier information
Office Administration
- Greet visitors and manage incoming calls in a professional, friendly manner
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment
- Support daily office operations, including filing, documentation, and general administrative tasks
- Assist team members across departments as needed to keep operations running smoothly
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and manage sales inquiries alongside office responsibilities
- High attention to detail and strong organizational habits
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
- Experience in sales, customer service, or office administration is a plus—but we're happy to train the right person
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
