Choose Your Shifts
- Shift Choices:
- 3:30 PM – 12 AM
- 6 AM – 2:30 PM
- Days: Monday – Friday (choose your shifts in the app)
- Pay: $16.50/hour, paid every Friday (daily pay also available)
- Location: Stanley Black & Decker – Martin, TN
We'll have you complete a quick observation shift before you start - just so you know exactly what you're walking into.
What You'll Do
You'll play a key role in keeping production moving by:
- Working as a key team member on the production line, ensuring smooth operations.
- Setting up your workstation and contributing to changeover and Lean procedures.
- Collaborating with your Team Coach and Team Leader on assigned production duties.
What We're Looking For:
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks while meeting standard production rates.
