What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the Site: Lead daily operations on active job sites with strong attention to safety, quality, and scheduling
- Manage the Team: Motivate crews and subcontractors, promoting a results-driven and respectful jobsite culture
- Stay on Top of It All: Maintain detailed daily reports—progress, labor, equipment, schedule shifts, and field communications
- Know the Plans: Interpret construction documents (drawings, specs, RFIs, submittals, contracts) to ensure proper execution
- Handle the Pressure: Keep project timelines and budgets under control—even when things get complicated
- Be the Go-To: Coordinate with clients, inspectors, architects, city officials, and vendors from start to finish
- Deliver Clean Closeouts: Oversee punch list work and ensure projects wrap up on time, every time
- Experience managing construction projects across big-box retail (e.g., Walmart), grocery, fuel stations, and theatres
- 5 years in a Superintendent or construction site leadership role
- Willingness and ability to travel full-time across the U.S.
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and field documentation
- OSHA certification or SWPPP training (preferred)
