What You'll Do:
- Lead projects from concept to completion—on time and on budget.
- Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and schedules with precision.
- Coordinate across teams—clients, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and suppliers—to keep the project on track.
- Perform regular jobsite visits to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
- Communicate with clients—build trust, provide updates, and manage expectations.
- Track and control costs, materials, labor, equipment, and overhead.
- Proactively solve issues and eliminate roadblocks before they become delays.
- Proven experience with Walmart, fuel/convenience store, or retail construction (strong plus)..
- 3 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Willingness to relocate to Monument, CO.
- Familiarity with tools like Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- The ability to travel 60% of the time to project locations.
- OSHA or other safety certifications (preferred).
