What are the responsibilities and job description for the TMS Coordinator position at TMS Clinical Solutions?
TMS Clinical Solutions is currently seeking candidates for a TMS Coordinator role who are eager to help patients attain superior treatment outcomes through tailored patient care. More specifically, we are looking for individuals with a focus in behavioral health and/or experience with patient-facing healthcare. The position requires a background in Healthcare, Mental Healthcare and/or a strong understanding of MDD or behavioral health. The responsibilities of the TMS Technician role revolve primarily around the daily administration of treatment using TMS Therapy technology. Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Therapy is a safe and effective treatment that uses MRI strength pulses to treat the cause of mood disorders like depression, anxiety and OCD. This position will work closely with our small team and the prescribing physician to coordinate a superior treatment experience. Candidates are required to have access to reliable transportation, with availability during normal Monday-Friday office hours. This position will start at 30 hours a week for the first month until fully trained, at which point it will ramp up to a full time schedule. The ideal candidate will possess the following traits: experience with TMS, a service-focused mindset, good written and verbal communication skills, and a comfort with interacting and building relationships with doctors and patients. We are looking for a candidate who has a strong interest in healthcare management and identifies as a motivated, diligent worker.
