What are the responsibilities and job description for the Group Rooms Coordinator position at TMR Operations, LLC?

- Manage group room reservations and room block inventory.
- Coordinate with Sales, Events, Front Office, and Revenue teams to ensure group booking details are accurate.
- Monitor room pickup, reservations, and changes within group blocks.
- Prepare reports, forecasts, group resumes, and event-related reservation documents.
- Communicate with group organizers and guests regarding accommodations and special requests.
- Promote hotel services and identify upselling opportunities when appropriate
- Maintain accurate rates, contracts, and reservation records.
