A leading manufacturer is seeking a Customer Service Representative.
Job Responsibilities:
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers.
- Submits orders and Cad layouts by referring to price lists and product literature.
- Submits orders to production for fabrication.
- Coordinates delivery and installation of products as needed.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Requirements:
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer service experience
- High school degree
- Detail oriented

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
