Transportation Supervisor – Adult Day Health

REQUIRED TO APPLY: Bilingual in English and Haitian Creole, valid Massachusetts driver's license, and 3 years of driving experience.

Wage: $20.00–$22.00/hour Full-Time Benefits
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift

As a Transportation Supervisor, you'll oversee daily transportation operations, lead a team of drivers, and ensure participants receive safe, reliable transportation while staying connected to their community.

Education & Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Haitian Creole required.
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience supporting older adults or individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 100 lbs occasionally.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily transportation operations, driver performance, scheduling, and route planning.
• Supervise, train, and support drivers to ensure safe, reliable participant transportation.
• Manage department budgets, fuel expenses, vendor coordination, and vehicle maintenance.
• Ensure DOT compliance, including licensing, registrations, inspections, and safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and properly functioning vehicle fleet.
• Coordinate participant transportation for daily routes, appointments, and community outings.
• Provide transportation coverage when needed and collaborate with center staff to support daily operations.
