Transportation Driver – Adult Day Care

🕐 Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week | Monday–Friday | Day Shift
No evenings. No on-call shifts!

Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Full, valid Massachusetts driver’s license held for at least two years
- Valid vehicle registration and insurance
- 2 years of experience driving a 14-passenger van/bus or providing passenger transportation preferred
- Must pass required background check and drug screening prior to hire

What You’ll Do
- Safely transport older adults and individuals with rehabilitation needs, dementia, or intellectual and developmental disabilities between their homes, the day center, appointments, and community programs
- Assist passengers with boarding, securing, and exiting the vehicle
- Complete daily vehicle checks, maintain cleanliness, and report maintenance or service needs
- Support day program staff with participant care, activities, meals, and general assistance
