What You'll Do
- Oversee the daily operations of up to four community-based IDD programs
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and other team members
- Provide coaching, performance management, and ongoing staff support
- Manage program budgets and ensure efficient use of resources
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies
- Build strong relationships with individuals served, family members, guardians, and community partners
- Monitor program quality, outcomes, and service delivery standards
- Address staffing, scheduling, and operational challenges as they arise
- Foster a positive, person-centered culture focused on dignity, respect, and independence
What You'll Need
Required
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation with proof of insurance
- Ability to obtain required state certifications upon hire
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Supervisory, management, or team leadership experience
- Experience in residential services, supported living, community-based services, or disability services
