Licensed Vocational Nurse
- FACILITY LOCATED IN WOODLAND HILLS (SAN FERNANDO VALLEY)
- Per-Diem DAY & NOC shift
- DAY shift: 7:00 am to 7:30 pm
- NOC shift: 7:00 pm to 7:30 am
- 12-hour shifts (every shift includes 4 hours of OT)
- Salary range: $28.00-$31.50 per hour, based on experience
- $2 per hour NOC shift differential
- Blended salary range (base pay OT pay) = $32.66-$36.75 per hour
- IV & BW Certification required
Woodland Hills, CA
- NeuroRestorative facility located on Victory Blvd.
- CLHF (Congregate Living Health Facility)
- 6-bed facility
- Low patient ratios
- On demand pay via Dayforce Wallet
Qualifications
- Current state LVN license
- IV & BW Certification required
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Minimum one year of experience
- Clinical assessment, critical thinking, communication, teamwork, creative problem solving
