Position Type: Volunteer Receptionist
Schedule:
· 2-3 hours per day
· Morning hours preferred
· Flexible workdays: Monday through Friday
TMM Family Services Office Hours:
8:30am – 4:30pm
Position Details:
· The role may be filled by one or more volunteers
· Volunteers may commit to one or multiple days per week bas on availability
Responsibilities:
· Great and welcome visitors, donors, and clients in a friendly and professional manner
· Answer and direct incoming phone calls
· Provide general information and assist with basic inquiries
· Assist with light administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and organizing paperwork
· Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area
· Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
· Support staff with additional tasks as needed
Qualifications:
· Must possess or be able to obtain an Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role preferred
· Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
· Professional appearance and demeanor
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion

This position operated in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, scanners, and photocopiers.

Pay: $22.05 - $26.55 per hour
