- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to ensure quality services at competitive rates.
- Conduct regular property inspections to assess maintenance needs and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Address tenant inquiries and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, communications, and property-related documentation.
- Collaborate with administrative staff to streamline operations and improve customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of facilities management practices and principles.
