TML Speech Therapy is looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team for the 2026–2027 school year.
We’re looking for an SLP who loves working with students, values collaboration, and wants to be part of a team where you’re supported—not just placed in a position and left to figure things out on your own.
Whether you’re an experienced school-based SLP or a new graduate beginning your Clinical Fellowship, we’d love to hear from you.

At TML Speech Therapy, relationships matter. We partner with school districts throughout Connecticut to provide high-quality speech-language services while making sure our clinicians feel supported, valued, and confident in the work they do.

What You'll Be Doing
As part of our school-based team, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Provide individual and small-group speech-language therapy
- Build meaningful relationships with your students
- Conduct speech and language evaluations
- Develop functional, student-centered IEP goals
- Participate in PPT/IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, special educators, and related service providers
- Monitor student progress and complete documentation
- Support students across a variety of speech, language, fluency, and social communication needs
We'd Love to Meet You If You...
- Have a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Hold or are eligible for Connecticut SLP licensure
- Hold your CCC-SLP or are beginning your Clinical Fellowship
- Enjoy working with children and being part of a school community
- Value collaboration and communication
- Are organized, dependable, and committed to providing excellent services
- Want to continue learning and growing as a clinician
