Leasing Agent (Part-Time)

Schedule: Thursday through Saturday, 12 Noon to 8 pm

What You’ll Do
- Welcome prospects, residents, and guests with a friendly, professional approach
- Conduct engaging tours that highlight Club 10 amenities and lifestyle
- Answer questions about pricing, availability, and community features
- Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email
- Help prospects complete applications and understand next steps
- Support move-in preparation and resident welcome experiences
- Help keep leasing office, model units, and tour paths ready for showings
- Ensure listings and information are accurate across platforms
- Assist with events and resident interactions
- Provide excellent service that reflects Club 10 hospitality standards
- Customer service, sales, hospitality, or leasing experience preferred
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers, email, and scheduling systems
- Available weekends and peak hours
- Bilingual Spanish speakers are a big plus
