Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist and collaborate with our Relocation Manager to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide top-notch customer service by greeting callers warmly and guiding them to their desired destination.
- Listen attentively to callers, anticipate their needs, and prioritize customer satisfaction at every turn.
- Manage messages effectively, ensuring prompt delivery to the right recipients.
- Offer basic rental information to prospective tenants and route inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Keep our office running smoothly by operating various office equipment and managing the company's general email account.
- Maintain and update essential documents and forms, including our Relocation Policy and Procedure Manual.
- Provide administrative support to our Relocation Leasing Consultants and other team members as needed.
- Uphold our professional standards by maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues through respectful and helpful interactions.
