TMG Holdings LLC – Hiring Company Drivers

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Home Time: 3-4 weeks on the road, 4-6 days off
- Transportation covered
- Weekly direct deposit
- No escrow required
Pay Structure:
Solo Drivers:
- $0.60 - $0.65 per mile plus $0.30 per mile for deadhead
- OR 25% of gross revenue (promotion available)
Team Drivers:
- $0.70 - $0.75 per mile plus $0.30 per mile for deadhead
- OR 30% of weekly gross
- Weekly earnings: $2,000 - $2,500 depending on performance
Benefits & Equipment:

- Dry van – Live loads & Hook & Drop
- Fleet includes Freightliner, Volvo, and Kenworth (automatic)
- Trucks governed at 75 mph
