TMG Plumbing and Disaster Solutions is growing, and we’re looking for a licensed plumber who takes pride in doing the job right. If you can troubleshoot problems, explain repairs clearly, and treat customers’ properties with care, we want to hear from you.

This hands-on role includes residential and commercial plumbing service, repairs, and installations. We’re looking for someone dependable who works well with our office and field teams and enjoys helping less-experienced plumbers develop their skills.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose plumbing problems and complete approved repairs and installations.
• Service and replace piping, fixtures, valves, water heaters, pumps, and related plumbing equipment within the scope of your license.
• Perform drain and sewer work appropriate to your experience.
• Explain findings and repair options clearly, without pressuring customers into unnecessary work.
• Document job conditions, completed work, materials, and photos in the company’s field service system.
• Coordinate with dispatch and communicate job status, material needs, and schedule changes.
• Help train apprentices while providing appropriate supervision.
• Protect customer property, maintain clean work areas, and follow safety and workmanship standards.

What We’re Looking For

• An active Connecticut P-2 or P-1 plumbing license.
• Practical troubleshooting, repair, and installation experience.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to assigned job sites.
• Reliable attendance, professional customer communication, and attention to detail.
• Comfort using a smartphone or tablet for job notes, photos, and work orders.
• The ability to perform the essential duties of field plumbing work, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Pay & Benefits Benefit Details

Hourly Pay$40–$50 per hour, with starting pay based on qualifications and position responsibilities
