Position Purpose
Performs advanced (senior-level) robotic process automation (RPA) work using the UiPath platform and leads the RPA team.Oversees a team of RPA engineers and collaborates with business and IT teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver scalable automation solutions. Works with business and IT operations and development teams to identify candidate use cases for robotic RPA, capture business requirements, and translate them into technical solutions. Designs, develops, and tests RPA workflows. Serves as the subject matter expert for the organization's UiPath platform. Coordinates and supports automation deployments.

Essential Responsibilities
- Leads the RPA team to collaborate with stakeholders to understand, capture, and refine business requirements and design automation solutions.
- Establishes and enforces development and deployment standards, including source control practices and change management processes.
- Provides leadership and support to the RPA team in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing automation workflows in production.
- Leads, plans, develops, tests, and implements automation solutions using UiPath platform.
- Oversees, plans and provides support and troubleshooting for automation solutions.
- Oversees, plans, develops, and maintains documentation/technical artifacts for automation solutions, including process and solution design documents and execution guides.
***Education***
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science or related discipline.
- Additional experience in RPA development, testing, and maintenance or other related areas may be substituted for Bachelors degree on a year per year basis. (Experience requirements may be satisfied by full-time experience or the prorated part-time equivalent.)
- UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD)
- Five (5) years of RPA development, testing, and maintenance with UiPath
- Five (5) years of software development experience with object-oriented programming languages C#, C , VB, Java, or Python (above and beyond UiPath)
- Four (4) years of experience with Databases (Microsoft SQL, MySQL, Postgres)
- Three (3) years Microsoft SQL Server
- Three (3) years systems administration experience in a mixed environment of Microsoft Windows and Linux
- Supervisory or Team Lead experience
- Experience in a hybrid (on-premise and cloud) environment
