We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Order Clerk to join our team. This individual will play a vital role in maintaining accurate data within our ERP system and supporting cross-functional departments with inventory, purchasing, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

  • Associate degree preferred, not required
  • Prior data entry experience is required
  • Proficiency with computers, including word processing, spreadsheets, and ERP systems
  • Experience using a records database

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Flexibility and the ability to handle multiple interruptions

Job Duties:

  • Accurately enter data into the company’s ERP system
  • Work with various departments to ensure smooth data flow and communication
  • Perform inventory adjustments 
  • Assist with estimating and routing processes
  • Support purchasing functions as needed
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
