About this vacancy
- Develop new composite solutions for high-performance applications, ensuring best-in-class functionality and durability.
- Lead or contribute to applied and fundamental research projects to advance material performance.
- Troubleshoot and optimize processes in our production plant with a practical, agile approach.
- Implement solutions that meet budget and timeline constraints while complying with all regulations and procedures.
- Monitor scientific advancements, share insights with the team, and stay informed on industry and business trends.
- Identify and act on intellectual property opportunities and risks to strengthen our portfolio.
- Demonstrate and promote compliance with all Safety, Health, Environment (SHE) and security standards.
What we expect from you
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience
- 3–10 years in academic or industrial environments with proven contributions (preferably with textile/yarn manufacturing expertise)
- Analytical and conceptual thinking abilities
- Team-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
