Duties/Responsibilities:

Release orders daily and coordinator customer truck traffic

Oversee all Fed Ex and UPS shipping and distribution reports and supply replenishment.

Ensures that all customer shipping documentation requirements indicated on the packing lists are complete.

Prepare and print shipping labels corresponding to shipping needs.

Assemble and fill boxes and other cartons with items that need to be shipped.

Affix proper postage to each package in preparation for shipping.

Track inventory and report any shortages to management team.

Process orders based on the customers' preferred shipping system (rush orders, domestic, international and freight orders).

Contact carrier and schedule shipping for each package.

Maintain a clean and safe work area and be responsible for ordering and maintaining materials and supplies that support daily fulfilment operations.

Responsible for processing incoming product receiving as well as returns and credits.

Coordinate annual inventory and ad hock cycle counts with Site Manager and Corporate staff.

Maintain and evaluate product home-slot locations and present modifications that enhance efficiencies.

Complete end of day tracking reports and provide tracking updates as requested via customers.

Responsible for scheduling production to ensure both high customer service levels, efficient production runs, and minimal inventory.

Coordinate between Sales, Production Planning, Customer Service, and Site Operations to achieve these goals.

Monitor the sales forecasts against the master production plan, material availability, lead time, customer order backlog and the business operations delivery to identify changes, trends, short-term deviations and/or forecast errors.

Load and Unload trucks with both incoming and outgoing freight.

Replenish stock locations using PIV.

Other related duties as assigned.

Capable of working a consistent schedule starting at 7AM

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Comfortable working in WMS system (currently Commerce)

Experience with carrier contact

Proven problem-solving skills

Forklift (PIV) Certification

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

Education and Experience:
-
High school diploma/GED required.
-
2 years of experience in a fulfilment environment
Physical Requirements:

Some standing, moving, climbing, bending, kneeling, and handling required.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
