TMC Staffing is seeking HVAC Technicians to install, maintain, and repair climate control and refrigeration systems to ensure residential and commercial units operate safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Installation: Mount and connect HVAC components, such as compressors, condensers, evaporator coils, and ductwork according to technical blueprints and safety codes.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine tune-ups (e.g., cleaning ducts, replacing filters) and diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic tools like multimeters.
- Refrigerant Management: Handle, recover, and recycle refrigerants in strict compliance with EPA regulations.
- Electrical Integration: Wire low-voltage connections, thermostats, and control systems linked to HVAC units.
- Customer Service: Explain system issues, provide repair estimates, and sell maintenance service contracts to clients.
