Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Sarasota, FL for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. Key responsibilities include working collaboratively with occupational therapists to provide high-quality therapy services, assisting in implementing treatment plans, facilitating patient rehabilitation, and documenting therapy progress. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Occupational Therapy techniques and practices
- Experience in Rehabilitation and Patient Care, with a focus on enhancing patient functionality and quality of life
- Ability to contribute to Program Development and implement effective therapy interventions
- Knowledge or experience in Home Care therapy services is a plus
- Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
