Key Responsibilities
As a CNA on the team, you’ll be tasked with:
- Providing care and education to the residents according to their Care Plan
- Assisting with new admits, transfers, and discharges
- Communicating with the nursing department and other departments to ensure residents’ needs are met
- Answering residents’ Call Lights promptly
- Other duties as assigned
