Position Summary:
We’re looking for a reliable, empathetic Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, complaints, refunds, and post-sale issues across all channels. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a genuine interest in the Pokémon community.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer messages, comments, and emails across all streaming platforms.
- Process refunds, exchanges, and order adjustments accurately.
- Resolve complaints with professionalism and patience while maintaining brand reputation.
- Track and report recurring customer issues to improve operations.
- Collaborate with the fulfillment and streaming teams to ensure accurate order updates.
- Maintain records of communication and resolutions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or e-commerce support preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using online chat, email, and order management platforms.
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask under time pressure.
- Interest in Pokémon or trading card culture is a plus.
