Responsibilities
- Deliver and serve patient meals according to hospital protocols.
- Maintain strict sanitation guidelines in the food service department, including:
- Dish washing
- Cart washing
- Pots and pan washing
- Emptying of trash
- Follow State of Texas Health Department regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Food Handler's permit obtained within days of hire.
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
- Typing and basic computer skills a plus.
