Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on IT Systems & Support Administrator to manage and support all aspects of IT operations across our organization. This is a versatile role that blends technical support, systems administration, and IT operations management. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a small-team environment, balancing daily support with long-term technology improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1–3 end-user support across Windows and Microsoft 365.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Azure AD, and endpoint security.
- Support local infrastructure (firewalls, switches, wireless, VOIP) with MSP coordination
- Maintain physical security systems (surveillance, access control).
- Implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Lead small IT projects, upgrades, and system rollouts.
- Track assets, manage licenses, and coordinate with vendors.
- Identify opportunities to improve reliability, security, and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 3–6 years in IT support, systems admin, or IT generalist roles.
- Strong Microsoft 365 admin experience (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune).
- Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals (IP, VLANs, firewalls).
- Familiarity with security tools, backups, and MFA.
- Experience working independently in a lean IT environment.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
