Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from start to finish, including contract reviews, budget management, and material sourcing.
- Coordinate with management on crew allocation, tools, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Approve timesheets, invoices, and daily site reports.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, efficiency, and job preparation.
- Maintain accurate job sheets, notes, and reports using cloud-based software.
Requirements:
- Experience in landscaping, construction, or project management preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of New England landscaping practices, materials, and standards.
Salary : $70,000 - $110,000
