Data Entry Clerk

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data within our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accessible. This role requires proficiency in various software applications and a strong commitment to maintaining data integrity.

Duties

• Input, update, and maintain data in databases and ERP systems with high accuracy.
• Perform data entry tasks including typing, transcription, and order entry.
• Collect and organize data for reporting purposes, utilizing Microsoft Excel and pivot tables as needed.
• Execute clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and document management to support office operations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient data processing and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
• Assist in administrative duties as required to support overall office functions.

Qualifications

• Proficient computer skills with experience in data entry and databases.
• Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
• Previous office or clerical experience preferred, demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for handling numerical data effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
