TM Floyd is seeking an experienced Performance Test Engineer to support technology initiatives. This role will focus on developing performance testing strategies, building test scripts, and executing comprehensive end-to-end performance tests to help ensure application reliability, scalability, and optimal system performance. If you have strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner, Performance Center, and BlazeMeter, and a background in designing and executing end-to-end testing strategies, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement performance testing strategies, test plans, scenarios, and scripts based on application requirements and business objectives
- Lead the development and execution of end-to-end performance testing strategies across applications and integrated systems
- Create, maintain, and optimize performance test scripts using LoadRunner, Performance Center, and BlazeMeter
- Execute load, stress, scalability, and endurance tests to evaluate application performance under varying workloads
- Analyze performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations for system optimization
- Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and other technical teams to troubleshoot issues and validate performance improvements
- Document test execution results, performance findings, and recommendations for technical stakeholders
- Help ensure applications meet established performance, stability, and reliability expectations
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with LoadRunner, Performance Center, and BlazeMeter
- Strong experience developing performance testing strategies and scripting solutions
- Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive end-to-end testing strategies
- Experience with load testing, performance analysis, bottleneck identification, and results reporting
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional technical teams in a complex enterprise environment
