The Senior-level Enterprise Integration Architect is responsible for architecting, developing, integrating, and supporting enterprise ERP and cloud-based business systems across Oracle Cloud HCM, ERP, EPM, PeopleSoft Financials, and hybrid environments. This is a highly technical, hands-on individual contributor role focused on enterprise architecture, integrations, modernization initiatives, and technical delivery. The position partners closely with CIO and senior IT leadership to drive scalable solutions, system transformation, and operational excellence.

An ideal candidate will have:
- Senior Lead Engineer or Senior Integration Architect background
- Strong hands-on technical depth with a strategic mindset
- Comfortable leading initiatives without formal people-management responsibilities
- Confident partnering directly with CIO-level stakeholders
- Capable of owning architecture, integrations, and enterprise technical delivery
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development, integration, customization, and support of enterprise ERP and cloud platforms
- Architect and support integrations between Oracle Cloud, PeopleSoft, third-party, and enterprise systems
- Design scalable solutions across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments
- Provide technical leadership, architectural standards, and integration best practices
- Drive modernization initiatives and support long-term enterprise technology strategy
- Partner with CIO and senior leadership on enterprise transformation efforts
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production and integration issues
- Utilize automation and AI-enabled technologies to improve operational efficiency
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5-7 years of enterprise application development, integration, and support experience
- 2 years in a technical lead capacity
- 2 years of knowledge with REST APIs or PowerShell for scripting, and enterprise integration technologies
- Must have strong hands-on expertise with:
-PeopleSoft Financials and/or ERP integrations and enterprise architecture
-Oracle Cloud/Oracle SaaS applications
-Financial systems and accounting processes (required)
-T-SQL programming
- Proven ability to design and explain end-to-end technical architecture and integrations
- Experience supporting cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments
- Strong understanding of relational database management systems
- Ability to function as a highly technical lead engineer rather than a purely managerial resource
