Telecom Brand Representative

Our company is a leading telecommunications partner working with AT&T to provide communications, data, mobile, internet, and entertainment solutions to customers. We’re committed to delivering outstanding service and helping customers understand, select, and deploy services that meet their needs. We are seeking an Telecom Brand Representative in Little Rock, AR, someone with drive, strong customer focus, and ambition to develop into a full Telecommunications Account Manager role.

Telecom Brand Representative Responsibilities

• Learn to represent AT&T’s full range of products and services, wireless plans, internet, bundles, with accuracy and professionalism
• Engage with customers in person to assess their needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Assist in the sales process, present service plans, explain pricing, promotions, add-ons; handle objections and help close sales
• Support account set-up, installations, and transitions from sales to technical/operations teams, ensuring a smooth customer experience
• Maintain and update customer and prospect data, track metrics, follow ups, and sales pipeline activities
• Participate in training and coaching to develop skills in sales, customer service, product knowledge, and relationship management

Telecom Brand Representative Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds
• Good listening skills, ability to understand customer needs and explain technical or product details in clear, non-technical language
• Solid organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks, follow up diligently, and maintain accurate records
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned territory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
