We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Hotel General Manager with extensive Marriott experience to lead our hotel. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in hotel management, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of Marriott standards and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services and exceptional guest experiences.

Implement and uphold Marriott brand standards to guarantee a consistent and high-quality guest experience.

Staff Management:

Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Conduct regular staff evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate ongoing training programs.

Financial Management:

Develop and manage the hotel budget, ensuring financial goals are met or exceeded.

Implement cost-effective strategies without compromising service quality.

Guest Satisfaction:

Prioritize guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and implementing strategies to enhance the overall guest experience.

Foster a guest-centric culture among the staff.

Sales and Marketing:

Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies for maximizing room revenue and occupancy rates.

Drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets.

Quality Assurance:

Maintain and enhance the hotel's reputation by ensuring compliance with Marriott quality standards.

Conduct regular inspections to address any areas for improvement.

Community Engagement:

Establish and maintain positive relationships with the local community, businesses, and organizations.

Represent the hotel at community events and participate in relevant activities.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager, with a strong background in Marriott hotels.

In-depth knowledge of Marriott brand standards, policies, and procedures.

Demonstrated success in achieving financial targets and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, with a focus on Marriott properties.

Certifications:

Bachelors in Hotel Management or related field is preferred.

Working Conditions:

The position may require flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to oversee hotel operations effectively.
