Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services and exceptional guest experiences.
Implement and uphold Marriott brand standards to guarantee a consistent and high-quality guest experience.
Staff Management:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Conduct regular staff evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate ongoing training programs.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage the hotel budget, ensuring financial goals are met or exceeded.
Implement cost-effective strategies without compromising service quality.
Guest Satisfaction:
Prioritize guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and implementing strategies to enhance the overall guest experience.
Foster a guest-centric culture among the staff.
Sales and Marketing:
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies for maximizing room revenue and occupancy rates.
Drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
Quality Assurance:
Maintain and enhance the hotel's reputation by ensuring compliance with Marriott quality standards.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, with a focus on Marriott properties.
Certifications:
