The Senior Functional Analyst (Project Coordinator) provides high-level project coordination and administrative oversight to support NICoE clinical administrative operations. This role ensures task execution, stakeholder coordination, and performance tracking aligned with mission objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor clinical administrative projects and initiatives.
- Track deliverables, milestones, and timelines across multiple functional areas.
- Facilitate internal and external stakeholder communications.
- Support integration of clinical operations services.
- Prepare executive briefings, reports, and status updates.
- Assist with business process improvement and workflow optimization.
- Support records and information management activities.
- Provide transition planning support (transition-in/transition-out).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- 7 years of project coordination or program support experience.
- Experience in healthcare or federal environments preferred.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
Salary : $95,000 - $120,000
