Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the transaction process from contract to closing real estate deals.
- Coordinate with title companies, buyers, sellers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely closings.
- Maintain consistent communication with all parties involved throughout the transaction.
- Identify and resolve title or transaction issues efficiently to keep deals moving forward.
- Ensure all documents, contracts, and timelines are accurate, organized, and on track prior to closing.
Requirements:
- 2 years’ prior Transaction Coordination experience in real estate or title company experience
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Highly organized and process-oriented.
- Independent, responsive, and detail-focused.
- Team player, coachable, and committed to excellence. You thrive in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.
