Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and efficient handling of all client accounts by effectively managing and prioritizing daily workload
- Adapt quickly to new challenges and changing priorities, demonstrating flexibility in managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Provide comprehensive account servicing effectively, including policy administration, renewals, and endorsements, ensuring all client needs are met
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling commercial insurance products and actively promote these opportunities to other departments to maximize sales potential
- Collaborate with producers and other team members to develop and implement effective strategies that address client needs and achieve sales targets
- Successfully build and manage client relationships through proactive communication and personalized service, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention
- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and software applications, ensuring efficient management of client accounts
- Ensure accuracy and compliance by maintaining detailed and organized records of client interactions, policy changes, and other relevant information
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of insurance coverages to proactively meet and exceed client needs through tailored solutions and expert advice
Requirements
- P&C licensed. Other professional designations a plus, e.g. CPCU, CIC, CISR, etc.
- Experience handling own book of business
- Knowledge and experience with an agency management system, Adobe, and Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel)
