POSITION SUMMARY
The Warehouse Worker is responsible for the movement of materials, manufacturing and production parts from department to department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
(Other duties may be assigned)
- Shipping and receiving
- Pull orders for production
- The outbound of parts required by the production or by the spare parts service.
- Perform inventory procedures according to cycle count instructions.
- Returns to the inventory of the unused material.
- Performs other tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. - High School diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Knowledge and experience operating sit-down/stand-up forklift operation and pallet jack.
- Ability to work in a team or solo environment.
- Pride in work performance.
- Certified to operate power industrial trucks per OSHA 29 CFR 1910.178 prior to operation preferred.
