Duties
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC systems using schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan across the manufacturing facility.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as multimeters (voltmeter, ammeter, ohmmeter) to identify faults accurately.
- Operate welding equipment including stick welding to repair or fabricate parts as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities
- Support field service operations by troubleshooting equipment issues on-site and providing timely repairs to ensure continuous production flow.
Skills
- Solid knowledge of HVAC/R systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical diagnostics, and troubleshooting pneumatic systems.
- Skilled in reading schematics, electrical blueprints, and engineering troubleshooting documents.
- Hands-on experience with welding techniques including stick welding for repair tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Effective analysis skills for diagnosing complex mechanical or electrical issues quickly to minimize downtime.
