Thank you for your interest in the FLEX Cleaner position!
The FLEX Cleaner position requires one to be self-motivated and diligent with time management. Your position will include, but not be limited to cleaning resident units (FLEX clients) and performing custodial duties for assigned properties or areas associated. Quality customer service will always be provided to the customer. Inspections may take place after any FLEX cleaning to ensure customer satisfaction. Knowledge or willingness to learn proper cleaning techniques is required. All cleaning supplies are provided.
Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred: 1 year experience in cleaning commercial or residential homes

Qualifications
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping flooring.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms.
- Clean sinks, countertops, microwave, and refrigerator.
- Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacle as needed.
- Dust furniture.
- Clean windowsills, windows and glass doors.
- Organization per client’s request.
- Maintain custodian cart in a clean, organized, and safe manner.
- Maintain custodial equipment in a clean, safe, and operable manner.
- Always wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Knowledge of eyewash station, first aid kit and SDS book.
- Restock supplies in bathrooms, breakrooms and common areas as needed.
- Maintain custodian closets in a clean, organized, safe, and operable condition.
- Maintain custodial equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition.
- Proper labeling, dilution, and use of all chemicals.
- Additional duties as assigned.
