What are the responsibilities and job description for the HHA-LISBON, OH. SHIFT 3P-7P, MON/TUE/THU/FRI position at TLC PRIVATE CARE?
What are we looking for a seasoned aide:
*Have a sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick and elderly
*Ability to carry out directions, read, and write
Maturity and ability to deal effectively with demands of the job
Responsibilities:
*Understands and adheres to agency policies and procedures
*Performs personal care, bath and hands on care as assigned completes appropriate visit records in a timely manner per agency policy
*Reports changes in the patients condition and needs to the RN
*Performs household services essential to health care in the home as assigned ambulates and exercises the patient as assigned
*Attends patient care conferences as scheduled
Work Environment:
*works indoors in Agency office and patients homes and travels to and from patients home
Risk Exposure:
*High Risk
Lifting Requirements:
Ability to perform the following tasks as necessary
*ability to participate in physical activity
*ability to work for extended periods of time while standing and being involved in physical activity
*heavy lifting ability to do extensive bending, lifting and standing on a regular basis
