You’ll manage ventilator support, airway clearance modalities, inhaled bronchodilators and aerosols, and noninvasive ventilation strategies. You’ll perform ABG sampling and interpretation, titrate therapies based on patient response, and provide patient and family education to promote understanding and adherence. You’ll participate in multidisciplinary rounds, collaborate with physicians and nursing staff, adjust treatment plans to evolving clinical needs, and maintain meticulous documentation in the medical record.
